What are the top qualities hiring managers want in medical sales?

I was never the most talented in school.
In fact, I was the student getting B’s.
Several A’s.
Sometimes a D.
Not failing.
Just… average.
I wasn’t top of the class.
I wasn’t the star football player.
A teacher or coach ever pulled me aside and said,
“You’re destined for something big.”
But I was the one who didn’t stop.
I kept going when things didn’t work.
I figured it out when others gave up.
I might not have been the valedictorian, but my coaches would tell me, “You’ve got something different, people look to you for direction.”
And when people told me to “play it safe,”
Or “you can’t do things that way.”
I leaned in.
Pushed.
Over the years, I've learned ⤵
You don’t need to be the smartest…
The most talented.
Or the loudest.
You need to keep moving.
➨ Forward or Sideways.
Not backwards!
Consistency > natural talent.
Work ethic > perfect grades.
➨ That applies to Medical Sales too.
Most people stop too soon.
They let doubt win.
They wait, when no one ever feels 100% ready.
You bring the commitment.
➨ The $100K Med Rep Method provides certainty.
