What is important during medical sales interviews

Your interview didn’t go bad…
It ended in the first 20 seconds.
Usually goes like this:
You take a deep breath.
Click ‘Join Meeting,’
And the interview begins…
“Hi, I’m a nurse…”
“Hi, I work in hospitality…”
“Hi, I’m a retail sales rep…”
Cool.
But here’s the problem…
That tells me what you’ve done.
➟ Not what you’ll do for me.
And in medical sales…
You get hired for what you can produce.
So when you lead with a job title…
You sound like everyone else.
Instead, try this ⤵
“I’m someone who’s trained to perform under pressure, earns trust fast, and drive outcomes when it matters.”
Now I’m listening.
Now we can have a conversation.
Let me ask you something
↳ If you were the hiring manager…what type of person would you hire?
