What steps should I take to enter medical sales?

“Start at Enterprise.”
“ADP will train you right.”
“Cintas has the best B2B program.”
Amber heard it all.
She has a marketing degree.
She has the drive.
She has healthcare experience as a Pharmacy Tech.
But every time she “networked” with sales reps in the industry…Amber got the same response:
★ Go sell something you don’t care about for 2 years, and then you can “possible” enter medical sales.
None of it made sense to her.
➟ Why pour herself into selling payroll software, uniforms, or rental cars—when her heart was set on healthcare?
She wanted to help people.
She wanted purpose.
“𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬—𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐲 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬.”
After graduation, she worked as an Event Planner.
She even started researching MBA programs…
Not many interviews.
No offers.
Just “Thanks, but no thanks.”
And people telling her, “she needs more experience.”
Until…
Over a casual chat with a Med Rep in Atlanta, she asked:
“How did you break in?”
They didn’t say Enterprise.
They didn’t say ADP.
They said:
★ “Connect with Jebb C. Ruff, MBA on LinkedIn. That’s how I got in.”
So she followed.
Read every post.
Clicked around my website.
And then she booked an intro call.
Together, we built a plan.
No detours. No guesswork.
And 94 days later…
➟ She got the offer.
➟ Wonderful pay.
➟ Company car.
➟ Full benefits.
But most importantly—
She wakes up every day helping patients.
And she skipped the traditional path completely.

There’s a better way in.
You just need the right strategy.
