Medical device sales vs pharmaceutical sales which is better

If there’s one thing that has shaped my medical sales career more than ambition, education, or luck, it’s this:
➟ My ability to decide.
Every breakthrough I’ve experienced, and every transformation I’ve witnessed, began the same way.
Not with certainty.
Not with perfect conditions.
But with a decision.
Daily decisions are fast and emotional.
Critical decision are deliberate and logical.
The word decision comes from the Latin verb de-caedere, “to cut off.”
➟ Not a preference. Not a maybe. A cut.
Moments where you cut off every other option and say,
This is where I’m going.
When you truly decide, you don’t just think differently.
You feel different.
That’s where clarity shows up:
Career, marriage, family, finances.
But this is where most people get stuck:
They decide...and then hesitate.
They pick a path…and get distracted.
I’ve learned that decision alone isn’t enough.
You need three forces working together:
1. You decide, no negotiating with yourself.
2. You commit by taking one action.
3. You become it, until it’s just who you are.
The third one is everything.
It’s the you that stopped questioning if you’re capable.
So here’s my question for you today:
What’s one decision you’ve been sitting on?
